【Light】成為彼此的光

這禮拜像蝙蝠一樣生活，連續熬了幾天夜，可以感覺身體的累會影響心理（說不定還有大腦！最近反應和記性好慢跟不上動作），跟自己約好要早點睡，就放下執念跟亢奮吧（Blogger名稱的萬年梗哈哈哈）不管有沒有翻完這篇，都要在凌晨前躺床。好的，題外話結束，為什麼寫這篇呢？因為Emma今天看了部電影，直到夜裡都還感受到眼睛的酸疼，很久沒哭得這麼厲害了，不知道跟最近晚睡有沒有關係。
《Fruitvale Station奧斯卡的一天》是《Black Panther黑豹》導演Ryan Coogler的第一部長片，獲得2013的日舞評審團大獎和觀眾獎、坎城一種注目未來獎，收割了眾影評的讚賞。會突然找出這部片是因為Michael B. Jordan。其實，由於片名翻譯和海報實在不是很吸引人，《奧》被我埋沒在片單中很久，剛好最近看了Chadwick Boseman以前演的James Brown傳記電影《Get On Up激樂人心》，為Boseman的演技所驚艷，才開始好奇其他黑豹演員之前的作品。
Ryan Coogler的三部電影都與 Michael B. Jordan合作，可見他有讓人值得信賴的演技。這部片的拍攝手法很樸實但也很美，沒有華麗的濾鏡或動作鏡頭；沒有磅礡的配樂或明星OST；也沒有改編成灑狗血的劇情。《奧》只有很扎實的演技，具有詩意的弦樂伴奏與畫面，和令人心酸的真實故事，絕對是一部拳拳到肉的好電影。
之前我翻譯過一些提倡黑權或揭櫫社會不公的嘻哈歌曲，當然我也會為美國的有色人種感到忿忿不平，但其實我無法完全理解他們對於警察暴力的憤怒、與幫派毒品暴力又愛又恨的關係、對財富的擺顯和對家庭的重視，因為我不在那裡，沒有讀過貧困地區組成複雜的公立學校，不會講他們的黑話和流行語，聽不懂關於饒舌歌手的笑話，沒有編過好看的辮子頭，不會在假日跟他們一起在後院聚會吃炸雞，沒被警察隨意的臨檢過，也不曾體會在街上迎接赤裸裸歧視的話語，因為我不是他們，所以我永遠無法說出「我了解那種感覺」。而當一個人和一個群體沒有聯繫，也就比較不會在乎他們是否擁有正義，《奧》這部片提供了一個渠道，他花一個多小時讓觀眾和Oscar做朋友、產生感情，碰觸他被炒魷魚的挫敗、對家人的責任與關愛，他讓我們發現Oscar就像自己身邊的每一個普通人，只是在社會長期扭曲的體系下活得更加艱辛。這樣當Oscar最後倒臥在站台的時候，椎心刺骨才會取代輕飄飄的一句「真可憐」。
嘻哈祖師爺Grandmaster Flash閃耀大師曾經寫道 ” A child is born with no state of mind ,Blind to the ways of mankind ” 「剛出生的嬰孩不懷偏見，但在那樣的環境下成長，他也不知道怎麼好好做人。」種族歧視絕對不是陳年的假議題，非裔拉丁和亞裔在美國要花比別人更多倍的努力打破天花板取得認同，當然近年有些微改善，在各分面也有很多有色人種（其實就算你是高加索，來自歐洲也不會被當成「我們」看待）的傑出人士，但資源分配依舊不均，更別提社會對他們的期望和成見。當思考解決方案時，正面來說除了讓更多人知道不公的現狀，就是樹立更多楷模吧！我想這也是《黑豹》之所以擁有重要意義的原因，在悲慘、憤怒的情緒外，為青少年展現多個可供模仿的對象。
這首Big Sean的Light之前有提到，先不管其他的爭議，這首歌很能表達我看完《Fruitvale Station》之後的感情，若是翻譯有誤曲解了意思再麻煩告訴我吧> <
