靈魂人物Justin Vernon在與女友分手、離開樂團後，跑進了深山的小木屋，過著隱居生活，汲取生命中最樸實的能量，以簡單的樂器和人聲，創作出能度過寒冬的溫暖曲子，這首歌收錄於2016專輯《22, A Million》。

這首歌的歌詞比較意識流，像是 Justin Vernon 的自言自語，讀了一些資料，發現 Vernon 想表達自己面對生活中的問題（例如名聲或人際關係的改變），產生了焦慮感，該怎麼調整與世界的距離，Vernon 反覆叩問答案。
